Dashboard & Operations

Analytics, tracking, settings and go-live checklist. If you're just starting, begin with Getting Started.

Dashboard overview

The overview page shows analytics and feed controls for your store.

  • Time range — filters KPIs, chart, ranking and activity (24h to all-time).
  • KPI cards — AI crawler hits, products in the feed and most active bot.
  • Access chart — stacked bot visits over time (ChatGPT, Claude, Google, Apple, Perplexity, ByteDance, other).
  • Activity feed — latest feed hits with bot, resource type and search terms; refreshes every 30 seconds.
  • Product ranking — most requested products from single fetches and search hits.
  • Feed panel — enable/pause, regenerate, toggle discounts and download files.
  • Feed URLs — copy or open public endpoints on shop and app domain.

What is tracked?

SilentAgent logs requests to public feed endpoints and detects known AI crawlers via the user agent.

Captured events

  • Fetches of products.json and llms.txt
  • Product searches via the ?q= parameter
  • Single-product fetches by handle
  • Bot name, provider, resource, timestamp and user agent

KPIs and chart exclude likely browser visits. The activity feed shows all hits including browsers.

Detected AI crawlers

ChatGPT (OpenAI), Claude (Anthropic), Google/Gemini, Apple Intelligence, Perplexity, ByteDance and Other for unknown bots.

Data stays stored until you reset shop data in settings or uninstall the app.

Settings

  • Crawler diagnostics — test each known bot against your feed endpoints. Test requests are logged like real visits.
  • Reset shop data — clears crawler stats and feed data, regenerates the feed. OAuth stays active.

FAQ

Why don't I see any crawler hits?

Make sure the feed is active, share the shop-domain URLs and wait 24–48 hours. AI crawlers discover feeds at their own pace.

Why are download buttons disabled?

Downloads are only available when the feed is active. Enable the feed first.

Why do test hits appear in analytics?

Diagnostic tests use the same public endpoints as real crawlers and are logged identically.

Which URLs should I use in production?

Use the shop-domain URLs (App Proxy). Fallback URLs on the app domain are for development stores.

Go-live checklist

  • App installed and feed status shows Active
  • Copy shop-domain URLs from the feed URLs panel
  • Submit the llms.txt URL to llmstxt.site and the /llms.txt directory
  • Check the dashboard for first hits after 24–48 hours
  • If needed, use Settings → Diagnostics to test the endpoints
